As used herein, “Flitpay or Company” refers to the holding company of Flitpay being Flit IT Services Pvt Ltd (‘Company’), a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India and having its registered office at F-1, 612-612 A, Surya Nagar, Gopalpura, Jaipur - 302015, Rajasthan, India its owners, directors, investors, employees or other related parties.
As used herein, “Flitpay Apps and Services” refers to Flitpay Android App or Flitpay iPhone App or Flitpay Website www.flitpay.in and the current or future services, products or any other features, technologies, or functionalities provided by Flitpay.
1. Collecting your Personal Information and Using it
Flitpay collects information that you provide while creating an account or submitting a request for support, it includes your name, email address, mobile number.
Flitpay also collects the emails and phone numbers of your contacts, if you choose to invite your friends to use Flitpay. We allow your contacts to unsubscribe from the commercial messages they receive from us.
We collect information about your transactions and its type, including the amount of funds associated with a bitcoin transaction and other related information.
